An engineer visited and was able to carry out the service as well as narrow down where the leak was inside the boiler. He left us with the number to ring to speak to the manufacturer and a technical description of the issue to pass on to the manufacturer's engineer to get a fix (it was all fixed two days later, under warranty.) Happy with the service from Alford and will be using them for regular boiler servicing going forwards.
